So our adventure into the American Dream begins...we keep hearing that it's a buyers market. Heard someone was offering a car if you buy their house. Not so in this case. Our little slice comes with spiders, free of course, and the promise of a summer filled with dust and dirt and sweat equity. My father has unknowingly decided to join us later this month. Just as renovations begin (hehehe). It does, however, have a sturdy foundation, a good roof (after we clean off the pinecones) and plenty of potential.
There are several old growth cedars on the property. Lots of shade but could be difficult to landscape.
